Jenny Foley

Attorney

A native of Pennsylvania, Jenny attended Penn State University where she majored in Public Policy while serving in the U.S. Army Reserves. When she wasn’t teaching Chemical and Biological Warfare, she spent her time traveling. After graduation, she attended the William S. Boyd School of Law and obtained her J.D. in 2004. After passing the Nevada Bar Exam, she continued her education at Euclid University earning her Doctoral Degree in 2012 in International Relations and Religious Diplomacy. Her dissertation focused on the military tribunals at Guantanamo Bay. While her first and primary love is First Amendment issues, Jenny has also practiced extensively in employment, and cases involving fire/arson, civil battery, insurance bad faith and construction defect.

When she’s not plotting to take over the world, she enjoys building wooden kayaks, horseback riding, knife throwing and crochet.

Jenny speaks fluent German, some Spanish, Romansch, and just enough Arabic to curse fluently.
