Case Overview
On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, Attorney Jay Wolman of Randazza Legal Group had the privilege of arguing an appeal before the historic first all-Black (and female) panel of judges in the Appellate Division, First Department, State of New York. Even better, of course, is that Randazza Legal Group prevailed on behalf of its client, ensuring that those who have confidentiality clauses in their contracts do not forfeit their right to payment when they sue for breach.
