Ms. Lenjo is a managing partner at Kikao Law-Lenjo, Ndirangu, Ochwada & Associates Advocates, an all women boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property, sports and media law firm in Nairobi, Kenya. Ms. Lenjo formerly worked as a Communications Consultant for the Kenya Association of Music Producers and as a Senior Licensing Officer at the Music Copyright Society of Kenya.
Ms. Lenjo blogs at www.lizlenjo.com, a blog that disseminates IP law in plain English for the creative industries market, which has received two nominations in the Kenya Blog Awards 2014 and 2015. Ms. Lenjo has also contributed to many other publications, including The Sunday Nation, Copyright News, Prestige Signature Magazine, Fountain Media and to a book called, Seeking Destiny, that shared personal stories from seventy successful women.
Ms. Lenjo is a graduate from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and Kenya School of Law and is now pursuing her LL.M in Intellectual Property Law at the distinguished program administered by the University of Turin in Italy and the World Intellectual Property Organization, where Marc Randazza is her thesis advisor.
Ms. Lenjo will be resident in RLG’s Las Vegas office in the Winter of 2017, and using that time to observe the U.S. legal system, educate RLG’s lawyers on Kenyan practice, and collaborating with Mr. Randazza on her thesis.
Mr. Antognini is a partner at the Elexi law firm, based in Torino, Italy, where he advises his clients on issues regarding Intellectual Property, New Technologies (Privacy) and Distribution Agreements. He has worked for several major Milan based law firms where he specialized in Intellectual Property and Information Technology law. Mr. Antognini regularly works with both Italian businesses and foreign businesses operating in Italy.
