VegasInc reports on the latest attempt to recover attorneys fees and costs from Righthaven, LLC. Representatives from the company failed to show up for the debtors exam scheduled for January 5 at the U.S. District Court of Nevada. Randazza Legal Group attorney J. Malcolm DeVoy IV said:
“The public should be disappointed … You’d think members of the bar — who are officers of the court — would give the orders of the court greater weight.”
