WACO, Tex., Aug. 27 — Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales, whose tenure has been marred by controversy and accusations of perjury before Congress, has resigned.(SOURCE)
CNN Confirms it and so does Fox News.
Now here’s the challenge. When Ashcroft resigned, I predicted that A-Gonz would be better, because you can’t do much worse than Ashcroft. Whoo… file that under “stupid prediction.”
I tremble while I ponder who the decider decides to appoint next. Is the reign of terror over? Or will it just get worse?
I must admit that I am going to miss this kind of comedy fodder.
