Avery Doninger is the Legal Satyricon’s latest First Amendment Bad Ass, and both the first female recipient of the award and the youngest recipient to date. You don’t have to win in order to be a FABA. See Doninger v. Niehoff, 514 F. Supp. 2d 199, 220 (D. Conn. 2007).
