NY Highest Court Declines to Hear Appeal in "Gay Not Defamatory" Case

In June, we reported on a New York Appellate court decision that calling someone “gay” was no longer considered to be defamatory per se. (here). Reuters reports that New York’s highest court has declined to review the case, thus rendering the decision binding throughout the Empire State. (source)

In Massachusetts, it’s not defamatory to call someone wicked queah neither. At least that’s what that wicked retahded Joey kid from Sumaville said.
