Word on the street is that the Patent Troll Tracker blogger has been sued for defamation.
When I get a copy of the complaint, I will comment. And, I will comment honestly. If it has merit, I’ll say so. But, if it doesn’t and somebody thinks he’ll sue me for defamation for reporting on matters of public importance, he had better lube up, because I will not hesitate to put my First Amendment boot up his ass.

update: I have the document. I will digest it tomorrow. My initial thought is that jurisdiction in Texas appears to be improper.
