VegasInc reports that Righthaven LLC was the subject of criticism after a U.S. District Court judge ordered that its copyrights be transferred to a receiver when it failed to show up to a scheduled hearing. Attorney Marc Randazza says in the article,
If it was a conscious decision, it shows a stunning lack of professionalism.
