No matter who you support, you have to give Obama credit for this one. After being slammed for a lack of experience by his Democratic rivals, he replied:
“Nobody had more experience than Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney and many of the people on this stage that authorized this war,” Obama said. “And it indicates how we get into trouble when we engage in the sort of conventional thinking that has become the habit in Washington. (source)”
Personally, I don’t want to hear any crowing about “lack of experience” from anyone who voted for the war in Iraq or voted for the Patriot Act.
