Henry Makow spells it out in the succinctly titled blog post “Illuminati Use Sex to Degrade Us.”
I suspect porn receives a hidden subsidy from the Illuminati[.]
Well then! What contacts do I need to cash in on that nice little arrangement?
Porn serves a vital function for the Illuminati. We know they want to enslave us using debt, mind control and false flag terrorism. But we are not aware they have a deliberate program to enslave us spiritually using sex.
The Federal Reserve, MK Ultra, the Gulf of Tonkin cover-up, mandatory RFID chipping and Lexi Belle? Sounds cool, although starting the second sentence with “we know” is a reach. Also, note that the enslavement is purely spiritual in nature, so atheists, rejoice.
For anyone who’s ever searched for some variant of “NWO FEMA death camps 2012 Nibiru” in Youtube, the article’s next paragraph is unsurprising, despite its inexplicable placement.
Put another way, the Illuminati is a satanic cult based on the Jewish Cabala. The course of “modern” history and culture has been designed to induct the human race into this pagan sex cult.
In fairness to Mankow, he makes one valid point:
We don’t like to admit it but I’m afraid “sexual liberation” was a ruse.
Correct. The majority of people “liberated” were those at the top of the sexual market value pyramid, who could engage in intercourse for fun and profit without the stigma and pregnancy risks of the misremembered 1950s and 60s. In contrast, men who used to be able to reliably get a wife by virtue of being employed with a stable job are increasingly shut out of the sexual market. It’s evening happening to female undergraduates at majority-women institutions like the University of North Carolina. But Mankow has to blow it a mere 29 words later:
“Sexual liberation” is the crucial first step to Satanism. […] Men, and increasingly women, now think in terms of “hot or not,” of “hitting” this and “doing” that, no matter how inappropriate. Sex has become a tiresome cultural obsession and fetish. Homosexuality is normalized and promoted.
Mmm… being discredited — it’s what’s for dinner in the Makow household.
Makow does have some reach in the small-but-not-insignificant branch of the men’s rights movement. His willingness to attribute things he finds troubling to elaborate conspiracies, best proved by their lack of evidence, is a phenomenon people subscribe to on the political left and right, and in support of either male or female issues. (Thought experiment: Replace every instance of “Illuminati” in the Makow article with “patriarchy” and tell me it’s not Feministing. I dare you.)
To the extent Makow represents the level of argument against erotic expression from the political right and men’s movement, the industry is in no danger. He’s also not making many friends writing things like “Breasts are for Babies, Not Men,” which isn’t even scientifically accurate. Though the immediate purpose of female breasts is nursing, they play an important evolutionary role in generating male attraction. (source at 50-51.) And finally, breasts are only for babies? Screw. That. Noise.
Why care about this ill-founded nonsense? In The Art of War, written in 400 BC, Sun-Tzu famously wrote to keep one’s friends close and enemies closer. It just so happens that sometimes one’s enemies are morons. In those situations it’s like a party, and the fun is multiplied by the people who participate.
