Kylie Werk
Attorney
Kylie Werk joined Randazza Legal Group in 2024 and leads the firm’s cannabis law practice, bringing extensive knowledge of the challenges and intricacies of this evolving area of law. A trusted legal advisor in the field, she played an integral role in developing Florida’s Hemp Program while serving as an attorney and Director of Cannabis for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
Kylie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in criminology and psychology. She continued at UF to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law, where she served as President of Florida Blue Key. During law school, she was selected as a Gubernatorial Fellow and placed in the Office of General Counsel at FDACS. Kylie has since returned to UF Levin College of Law as a guest lecturer on Marijuana Law and Policy.
Throughout her career, Kylie has been recognized for her legal prowess. She received a book award for excellence in Marijuana Law and Policy, and earned top honors in the Florida Bar’s Division of Administrative Hearings Trial Academy for her cross-examination skills.
In addition to her legal achievements, Kylie holds a Professional Development Certificate in Editing from the University of Chicago. She also launched her own business, gaining valuable insight into the challenges faced by entrepreneurs—a perspective that informs her approach to client advocacy.
Since joining Randazza Legal Group, Kylie has expanded her practice to include First Amendment litigation, intellectual property disputes, revenge porn cases, and defamation defense. Her broad skill set and commitment to her clients make her an essential member of the RLG team.
