XBiz reports on the shutdown of cyberlocker Megaupload.com, whose operators have been charged with running an international mega conspiracy. Attorney Marc Randazza said of the shut down:
If the government can prove these claims, which seem pretty difficult to refute, these guys are going to have an uphill defense.
