With that said, we must recognize that people do come forward with false allegations and thus we have also represented people falsely accused of sexual misconduct. However, if you are the victim of a false accusation, we do not support smear campaigns and we are proud to stick up for anyone who has their reputation smeared by someone seeking to capitalize unfairly on the Me Too and Time’s Up movements. Not only does that hurt someone’s reputation, but it minimizes the stories of real victims.
