Trey Rothell brings extensive experience and robust research capabilities to the firm’s Las Vegas office, helping clients navigate complex legal disputes here in Nevada and in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His expertise spans various practice areas, including defamation, anti-SLAPP laws, intellectual property, civil rights, privacy, internet law, trade secrets, and general civil litigation. 

Trey’s approach to effective representation is rooted in clear communication and a deep understanding of the law. He believes that while an attorney must possess an in-depth understanding of the substantive issues, the minutiae of court rules and procedures can sometimes determine the outcome of a case. By leveraging his extensive knowledge in these areas, Trey consistently strives to secure the best possible outcomes for the firm’s clients.

Trey Rothell earned his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law, achieving the highest grades in three of his courses. He holds dual degrees in business management and political science from Florida State University and gained valuable experience working as a litigation paralegal before attending law school. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Trey now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his family.
