US judge strips interests from copyright enforcer

The Wausau Daily Herald reports that U.S. District Judge Philip Pro recently stripped Righthaven, LLC’s intellectual property rights in an effort to pay off its legal debts. Attorney Marc Randazza represented defendant Wayne Hoehn in the Las Vegas court. The article states:

The order, filed Tuesday, came in a case involving Wayne Hoehn, a Kentucky man who in November 2010 posted a Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper column on a sports website message board without authorization.
